There are moments in life when we realize that what used to work is no longer working.
You keep doing the same things you have always done. You keep showing up, taking care of responsibilities, making decisions, solving problems, and moving through your days.
And yet, something feels different.
You find yourself reacting in ways you don't fully understand. Habits that you have tried to change keep coming back. Things that seem simple for other people feel harder than they should. You feel frustrated with yourself, but at the same time, you know there has to be more to the story.
This is something I became deeply curious about, both in my own life and in the lives of the women I work with.
Because most of the time, the behavior is not the real problem.
Many times, there is something underneath it that has never been fully understood, processed, or given the attention it needed.
My work is helping women become curious about those patterns instead of fighting them.
Helping them understand what their emotions, habits, reactions, and body sensations may be trying to communicate.
And from that place, create change that feels more natural, more lasting, and more connected to who they truly are.
You keep trying to change a behavior, a habit, or a reaction that no longer serves you.
You know what you want to do differently, but something keeps getting in the way.
Not because you don't want to change. Not because you aren't trying hard enough.
But because there may be more to the story than what appears on the surface.
